With 25 years of extensive experience in the IT industry, Mr. Praveen has acquired deep expertise through a range of international assignments. In 2002, he spent nearly a year at the Microsoft Technology Center in Seattle, USA. Subsequently, he worked for about two years in New Zealand with the Foundation for Research Science and Technology.

Throughout his career, Mr. Praveen has been based in Australia, specializing in Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence (DW/BI) and Hadoop technologies. His impressive portfolio includes working with various Australian Government departments such as the Department of Home Affairs, Australian Federal Police, and Department of Human Services. He has also contributed his expertise to organizations including Tabcorp Holdings Limited, Teradata Corporation, Telstra Corporation Limited (Department of Defence Project), Australian Securities and Investments Commission, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Airservices Australia, Department of Health and Ageing, Defence Housing Australia, Stockland Development Pty Limited, Wipro Limited, Datamatics Global Services Limited, Mahindra Satyam – Microsoft Corporation Project, and McCreade Software (Asia) Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Praveen’s technical expertise spans a broad range of tools and technologies, such as Spark, Scala, HDFS (Hadoop Distributed File System), Hive, Nifi, Streamsets, and various other Big Data/Hadoop tools.

He holds a Master of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Osmania University, India, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science, Kakatiya University, India.

From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Rajeshwar gained significant international experience while working in the United States. He contributed his expertise to renowned companies such as Merck in Whitehouse Station, NJ (with HCL America) and Prudential Financials in Shelton, CT. Throughout his career, Mr. Rajeshwar has worked with multinational corporations including GE Capital, WIPRO Infotech, HSBC GLT, and HCL Technologies India.

With a career spanning over 20 years, Mr. Rajeshwar has developed a strong focus on Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehousing. He has acquired extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with various BI/DW technologies, such as MSBI, IBM COGNOS, and Business Objects. Over the past 12 years, he has collaborated with several Australian clients, partnering with organizations including Western Power, Integral Energy, Westpac (with HCL Australia), Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Primary Health Care, NSW Rail Corp (with Mahindra Satyam), Nuance Group, Optus Sydney (with Tech Mahindra), Department of Finance New South Wales, the Department of Defence (with Avanade Australia), Australian Red Cross Blood Service, Department of Communities and Justice, and the Australian Department of Health.

Currently, Mr. Rajeshwar serves as the Health Manager at New South Wales Health in Sydney, Australia. His expertise includes Python programming, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Image Classification, Anomaly Detection, and Prediction. He possesses a versatile skill set in Data Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes using tools such as Talend for Big Data, IBM Cognos, TM1, Power BI, Python, AWS SageMaker, TensorFlow, Snowflake, and the Hadoop toolset, including Spark/Scala, Pyspark, Hive, and Kafka.
